Jason did it

He looks like his dad. OJ covered it up to keep Jason out of prison. It's in a new book.

You and anyone else that believes that crap, or any other crap claiming someone other than OJ did it...is a complete and utter imbecile. Now go away, be gone...

I'll let you know when I come-up with a new signature, .

reply

I didn't say it. Tell that to William Dear who wrote the book.

reply

Sorry about that. You don't believe this crap do you?

I'll let you know when I come-up with a new signature, .

The biggest problem with this theory is that O.J. wasn't that kind of person. He cares about himself more than anyone else. I don't believe he would take the rap
for anyone, even his own son.

I concur!

William Dear, who keeps pushing this horsecrap theory, is a conspiracy crackpot hack who convenientely ignores heaps of evidence.

I've responded to this claim that "Jason did it" in a few other posts explaining clearly why (hint: follow the actual evidence). It's as likely that Jason Voorhees did it as Jason Simpson.

reply

The DA is ignoring the evidence. It's all there. Jason tried to kill both his girlfriends. He had the knives from where he worked as a chef. His restaurant was only a few minutes away from the murder scene. He was infatuated with his stepmom Nichole and didn't like her seeing Ron Goldman. Another alternate theory was also ignored, proving those in charge just want to protect their reputation for not blowing the case.

reply

Nonsense. That's no evidence, just a thory, and one the police, and the DA did consider, then discounted.

Let's look at actual evidence:

Outside of the victims, the only blood found at the crime scene was OJ's, in several places. The DNA match is greater than the amount of people on the planet, so a "partial DNA" theory with Jason being in his bloodline doesn't match science. The blood was not old drops of blood from who knows when. They were fairly fresh, and followed a logical path from the victims, to the back of the condo, and a vehicle.

Hairs matching OJ, and no one else aside from the victims, were found at the crime scene. While Jason's hair would be similar, it didn't match nearly as closely.

Jill Shively told police that she is certain she saw OJ in his Bronco driving fast through an intersection just a couple blocks from the crime scene, at 10:50pm, almost getting into an accident with her. No one else was in the Bronco. The prosecution chose not to call her as a witness because she sold her story to Hard Copy before they went to trial.

Blood belonging to the victims, and OJ were found in his car, driveway, house, and the glove he dropped at Rockingham. No one else's blood. The notion that someone was in the car with him because trace amounts of blood were found in the passenger side are illogical. According to Tom Lange there was ample amounts of blood in the Bronco, nearly all of it on the driver's side. Any amounts on the passenger side can be explained by movement, or setting of objects there.

Blood drops belonging from OJ follow the crime scene, to where he parked the Bronco. Also from the Bronco, over his fence, and into his house. Bill Dear has no explanation for this, his theory is complete nonsense, because the only logical conclusion is that OJ is the killer.

This blood, just like the blood at Bundy, was photographed, documented and gathered when Simpson was in Chicago, then on his way back, and long before he went to the station and had his blood drawn. While some of the blood was given to Vanatter who lost it, the gloves, socks, Bronco and wool cap had also been impounded by that point. So the idea that the police planted the blood on evidence is absurd. It requires incredibly far-fetched coordination on the part of police officers, detectives, impound officers, lab technicians, and criminalists, most of whom never even had met before that night. Had they conspired to frame OJ, and been caught, they would have each faced the death penalty, by law in California at the time.

There is also one, distinct set of footprints at the crime scene, those follow OJ's distinct shoes and foot size. They also follow the steps of the killer, and a path from the crime scene to his car. There are other sets of partial footprints found at the crime scene, yes, but these were fairly quickly determined to belong to police by criminalists, and never challenged with any validity at all by the defense.

The timeline of when the murders happened, phone records, and the whereabouts of Jason and OJ at the times of the murders are also impossible to sync together if Jason killed them, then got OJ's help to cover it up.

The thought that because he had a temper and suffered from epilepsy, and drank too much, and denies killing them, means Jason is a killer is absurd when you compare it to the motivation for OJ, who had a bigger temper, violent past with Nicole, and narcissim far greater than Jason.

Bill Dear has also left in his wake numerous people who state that he misquoted them. Ron Shipp for example won't talk about the case at all unless well paid, or to a very legitimate source. Except when he comes to Bill Dear, who he will freely criticize as a conspiracy theory charlatan that Shipp considered suing for slander.

Also read Vincent Bugliosi's book Outrage. He dissects all of the evidence, bit by bit, with perfect analysis. He goes over all the blood, the time line, and even the police, in great detail. He met plenty of racist police officers in his career, and he met a few crooked cops (almost always after money) the two are not one and the same.
