Greetings, Luke! He was in 2 or 3 "musicals" I can think of, but had parts where he didn't have to sing - or sang as part of the company only.

I have heard from one interview that he was quite attracted to the musical Dirty Rotten Scoundrels - time will tell if that's just a pipe dream.

I think he has a fab voice and could certainly be coached to croon a number or two for the right occassion! Plus he still needs that Grammy...

Don't forget Swimming Upstream where he sings part of 'When Irish Eyes Are Smiling' and quite well, too.

Oh, and his singing on Spicks and Specks - 'The Sound of Music' and 'Back in the USSR' albeit using a calculus textbook for lyrics. Google it - it's worth a watch.

Heck, yes! He's only got a TOE at the moment! If the powers that be can have Pierce Brosnan screeching along to ABBA for the world to be exposed to, there's hope for Geoffrey yet.

Speaking of Momma Mia, bromance pal Colin Firth must be all encouraging in that department!

Hey! I could see both of them in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, aye?!

I'm all for that too - anything to get the pair of them back together again.

Google-ing now!

I would definitely love to see Geoffrey be the lead in a musical.
And it would have to be brought to San Francisco.........I didn't get to see Exit the King because I live in Northern California. Mom will pay for a 100 mile trip, but anything over that I'd have to earn the money on my own, which stinks because no one is hiring me anywhere I apply. :/

You can indeed hear him sing: Check out the intro of Intolerable Cruelty! Your opinions ?
