The best portrayal of the Marquise de Sade till now

Hey everyone weeks after I saw quills I decided to look for other videos about movies with the Marquise and found one Called and Sade from 2000 which was in french and a small clip from a movie of 1969 called De Sade.

Ad let me tell you both actors who played the Marquise were horrible compared Geoffrey Rush.

The French one Daniel Auteuil was a bitt better but still seemed like he was delivering his lines asleep his whole performance was really mehh

And the other one way worse seemed like he didnt want to play the part.



On the other hand Geoffrey truly amazing maybe an inaccurate portrayal but still Amazing.
He was charming a little scary sometimes, sexy in his own way and really fun to watch.


Non actor who have portrayed the marquise have been a threat to outshine this performance.
