....that I found JMR completely unsexy and even downright annoying and even icky in Match Point. He's short and his body is out of proportion or something. And those love scenes were like a school boy's, grabbing at her, slobbering, panting.. you just know it's gonna last like 15 seconds. He was good in the part, but sexy was way off. Didn't work for me.

Hugh Jackman had the worst role in that film, terrible. I really like JRM but this film I could take or leave, I found the whole film itself just a bit dull, but then I'm one of these people who doesn't get Woody Allen - never have done. Can't see what the fuss is about, better film makers. I like Jon when he's just a bit more manic! Went to see City of Bones recently - a friend asked me to go and I'd never read up on it so didn't know really who was in it apart from Lilly Colins. My afternoon perked up when JRM appeared in his previously admired manical role :)
