shareI have to disagree with the cheek implants. His cheeks have always looked like that. It's that he had his "trademark" under eye fat pockets removed. Without those little puffy pockets, his eyes look a lot different. They look "smaller".

Looks like weight gain and fillers. Other than hair dye, his hair looks very natural to me. Not a wig. I don't ever recall seeing his hair getting thinner and then thicker over the years à la Matthew McConaughey.

Most men that age are grayer. Is he less than 65 in that pic or did he dye his hair?
It's clear surgery. I wouldn't post something like this if he just aged badly. He looked normal recently and then suddenly his face looked completely different.
