Favorite Price film?

I'm a horror fanatic and Price starred in so many great ones I would be expected to name a horror film but actually, Leave Her to Heaven (1945) is one of my favorite non-horror films and I'd say it's the best film he was featured in. Laura (1944) was great too.


When it comes to horror I'd say his best works are;

House of Wax (1953)
The Masque of the Red Death (1964)
The Last Man on Earth (1964)
Witchfinder General (1968)
Theater of Blood (1973)

Cry of the Banshee. It is on several streaming platforms. You guys will likely love the frequent "bodice ripping" perpetrated on suspected witches. (and every wench in the village)
The ending twist stays with you.

Seriously, it is! However, if you are only considering actual movies and not holiday specials only shown on TV, then I will go with Leave Her To Heaven.
