And I'm not saying that just because of Joker, I've been thinking this for the last 15 years.

Yeah, they would make a great duo. Some of DiCaprio’s films with Scorsese, particularly Killers of the Flower Moon, would probably be even better with Joaquin Phoenix in the role instead.
