Help With Movie

Forthe longest time I've been trying to find this movie I saw on lifetime a while back but I couldn't recall the name of the actress who starred in it. It's driven me crazy for years and then all of a sudden, I come upon this imdb profile and realize it's her! Except now I can't remember the name of the movie. All I can remember about it, is that her character lived in the country and she got cancer. She had 2 daughters, one is a teenager and the other is a bit younger. There was one scene where she was in the bathtub and pull a chunk of her hair out.

I would appreciate it so much if anyone could tell me the name of this movie.
