I met him when he came to visit us in the desert. Let me say...SUPER COOL guy. Very down to earth and very interested in what everyone had to say. I think he said his brother was military. Only thing is Imdb says he's 5'11". Not true. I'm 5'11", and he's much shorter than me. Just sayin. Not to take anything away from him, though. I've met many celebs and he ranks among the nicest.

As far as his height, I'm 5'7" and he was definitely taller than me. Had to be at least 5'10". Of course, he could have been wearing boots or something when I met him.
I just met him and he couldn't have been more personable. Really listened to what I was saying (not all of them do) and was very gracious in return. Definitely one of the best I've had the honor of getting to meet.

I think he said his brother was military
His brother is Richard Patrick (from the band 'Filter'). His band did some music for the 'X-File's soundtracks (and funnily enough, Robert became Mulder's replacement in later seasons).
But anyway, I didn't know/think Richard had been in the military. I'm pretty sure he visited soldiers overseas as well.
He did have awesome album called 'Soldiers of Misfortune' (very anti-war/Bush). I highly recommend checking out some of Filter's music if you haven't already.
But you didn't actually meet him, so why are you spreading libelous things about him?
