His characaters like to make jokes about fat women

Ralph on The Sopranos nearly gets himself killed by Johnny Sac for making a crack about his fat wife.
Norby in Baby's Day Out tells Joe Mantegna's character that they should give a sandwich to the fat woman carrying the baby to distract her. She overhears him and beats the shit out of him for it!

You're not wrong, his characters have been guilty of fat shaming....

If I'm not mistaken, his Soprano's character Ralphie's final "nail in the coffin" was when he told Tony how he "eats beef and sausage by the car load". Tony then killed him.

Moral of the story is that sometimes victims of fat shaming will snap and fight back.
