Meryl Streep! At least, when Meryl was a little younger, like in The Deer Hunter. Anyone who agrees?

Flipping channels at random earlier and came across Miranda in the movie Danny Deckchair... there were some scenes in there where she really looked a lot like Jodie Foster. Compare:

I think you're right. SHe looks like a combination of Laura Linney, Jodie Foster, and Helen Hunt. But mostly Foster.

Thought the exact same. The only time I saw her (consciously) was in the 2004 "Flight of the Phoenix" remake. I thought she looked a lot like Jodie Foster. Not always, but from certain angles she looks very close to Jodie Foster. Sure her acting and voice are different, Jodie is somehow more "edgy" - but my humble answer to "Looks like...?" will always be "Jodie Foster: spot on!".
