1. José Ferrer (He was awesome in everything that he did, especially Lawrence of Arabia)
2. Rita Moreno (Singin' in the Rain and West Side Story)
3. Benicio del Toro (Traffic, Sin City, The Usual Suspects)
4. Raúl Juliá (Kiss of the Spider Woman, Addam's Family, The Burning Season)
5. Luís Guzmán (Traffic, Boogie Nights - he steals the show in just about every movie that he's in.)
6. Rosie Pérez (You should see her in Fearless, Oscar nominated role.)
7. Jacobo Morales (Oscar nominated director)

1. John Travolta in Pulp Fiction (His last name is Vega and he's related to the puertorrican folksinger of the same last name)
2. Al Pacino in Carlito's Way (Some say this role was better than his cuban Scarface)
3. Natalie Wood in West Side Story (At least she looked adoreable)
4. George Chakiris in West Side Story (The accent wasn't perfect but the attitude was right)
5. Benjamin Bratt in Piñero (Finally somebody got the accent right)

Natalie Wood westside story(Not only did she not look/sound or acted like a rican but it was a bad performance in itself, atleast travolta was damn good in pulp fiction).

I would add Esai Morales (my personal fave), Hector Elizondo, and Jimmy Smits to the best actor list!!!!
