If it were one accusation, I might question it. When it's several accusations, by several different people, with witnesses and others who have corroborated their stories, then I don't question as much. I have no issues with him being into freaky, weird sex stuff. There are tons of people out there who are, and most of them understand the tenets of the BDSM community are "safe, sane, and consensual". Also, just because someone isn't found guilty in a court of law, it doesn't mean that they aren't guilty.

Just because someone is accused by people, even many people, doesn't mean they are guilty.

And if people's words are so important, shouldn't you also consider what Manson's actual ex wife said about him? They were together for 7 years, and she never experienced anything remotely what his accusers say he did. You may not question his accusers as much, but I would say the same about his ex.
I'm not saying for sure that he is guilty, but like just because I like some of his songs it doesn't mean that I'm automatically going to decree that he is innocent and that the 15 women who are accusing him are all liars who just want attention. Just because someone has money it doesn't mean that they don't actually do bad things and then cry that people just want money from them.
I totally believe that nothing happened with his ex. You've said that you are into D/s relationships. If so, do you treat every woman that you meet as submissives? It's entirely possible that they had a relationship that wasn't based on S&M and they might have mutually respected each other. I also consider that Dita said that she left because of his infidelity and drug abuse which kind of fits with what the others have said.

Besides, when they got involved with him back then it was no secret what kind of person he was/is. Do they understand the concept of taking responsibility for their own questionable choices?
