Mr. Lithgow. Meet Mrs. Emmy

John Lithgows performance as the Trinity-killer on the 4th season of Dexter is just above everyone else who is guestacting on the big shows at the moment. It's so good, one of the best actors on TV at the moment. Give him the emmy he f'ing deserves.

I just can not see how he can't win this.

If so, who could?

To start, how about a well deserved GG?

I haven't gotten the creeps from a vilain like that since Anthony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs, but Lithgow's role as Trinity kept me up at nights. What a truly exceptional performance.

he was so good as trinity that he surely deserves an emmy, also michael c. hall should finally win one for his portrayal of dexter!

i hope he gets them both... but the series has been overlooked now 3 times.

Oh, hell yeah. He was incredible. I mean, he's just so affable and funny... and then he goes on this show and he's scarier than every other killer ever portrayed on television, IMO. I mean, I honestly can't think of anything that freaked me out. I eat horror movies for breakfast and laugh but Lithgow had me hugging my dog and shivering and making little squeaky noises of fear.
