Dean-O was funnier and more entertainingly

Shrill and nudgey, Lewis got laughs with pratfalls and buffoonery. He was a cheap
trick. Dean-O just stood there with
a drink in 1 hand and a cig in the other, and got laughs with his wit, poise and charm.

It's true. I loved Lewis until I reached the age of ten or eleven, but he's unbearable to adult eyes.

Martin will never be a favorite of mine, but at least he was a fun presence on the screen, a grown-up fun kinda guy.

Yes Kane.

In a interview a few years ago, comedian John Barbour (creator of Real People, & co-creator of The Gong Show) recounted that Dean had once told him that the two best days of his life was the day he had first met Jerry, and the day he finally left Jerry for good!
