I remember the last time I saw him, towards the end of Friends and Joey, Matt had started to pack on some serious pounds. But I did watch him on his new show because I was always a big fan of his Friends character, and I noticed that he looks a good 30lbs slimmer maybe more...Good for him.

I read an article saying that he had put on weight because of his love of carbs, being Italian of course.

There is an Italian place near me I love. I'll bet one meal there is a week of calories, honestly. I still go sometimes but I make it special. Loads of butter, carbs, bread, all kinds of stuff. We have to cook to cut calories.
