I just saw her first preformance on Law and Order where she is the racist Nazi. But turns out she's an FBI agent.
What does her character do for her second episode on Law and Order
She is working with a girl who is undercover with an Eco-terrorist group. She becomes involved because the girl was a rape victim, which brought the SVU team into it. GREAT episode, by the way.

I'm watching this episode right now. I can't believe MGH has ONLY been on two episodes of SVU...I think her character is fantastic, she could have her own show. I just love her, and I love Star Morrison. I'm surprised there hasn't been any kind of spinoff from her character.
