This is not a hate post & please don't misunderstand me. I'm NOT saying he's a bad actor. I think he's an excellent actor. He ESPECIALLY shines in dramatic roles
He's been in some good comedies But I honestly just don't think he's funny.
I think he is a good actor who has done some terrible movies. Punch Drunk Love, Spanglish, Funny People and Spanglish are good movies; the rest are awful.

I find the films written by Adam Sandler to be s-hit.

However i like The Wedding Singer, Uncut Gems & Hustle.
I would or never has paid to see any of his films.
He did frat-boy comedy, which was, I guess, kind of funny if you went to college only to get drunk. His stuff does not age well.
shareHe did fratboy comedy. Frat boys are full of themselves, but they are not funny—silly, stupid as gross, but not a scintilla of actual wit. His schtick gets old as soon as your balls drop.
shareTo be fair, the only movies of his I ever liked were "Mr. Deeds" and "Bedtime Stories." All his other movies rubbed me the wrong way.
