Aaron Eckhart is one of the most unremarkable actors working in Hollywood today. After watching Thank you for Smoking I thought maybe there was something there, but seeing his choice of roles since, and how limited he really is as an actor, I am not sold on him. He is like a Richard Gere to me, an extremely limited and unremarkable actor who somehow keeps getting work.

shareCharacter actor roles are important though,many of those actors are more talented compared to lots of leading men.there are lots of leading(Like George Clooney) who are very limited and or play themselves in most things.. I think Eckhart can do both lead and character roles even in a bad film he gives it his all
