Is she really as nice and sweet as she seem or like her character from Matilda? j/w
shareI've only seen a youtube fan clip and listened to the audio commentary on 'Junebug'. She seems honest and genuine.
She stopped to sign autographs for some fans at a movie premiere. I LOVE when celebrities go out of their way to meet their fans. By the youtube video it looks like she was about to go straight into the theatre when she stopped and noticed people shouting and went towards them and signed some stuff. I thought that was nice of her.
Listening to the "Junebug" audio commentary it sounded like she's slightly arrogant compared to Amy Adams (she was the other audio commentator) who sounded like she was being very playful and polite. And I don't mean being arrogant in a bad way at all, she was just being honest. I guess I'm just used to hearing the playful, 'I'm fat' with a 'no you're not' types of conversations...
The audio commentary is a fun listen!
Embeth was talking about someone waking her up in the middle of the night to help Alessandro Nivola with his lines and she says: "Are you out of your mind! I'm sleeping! I'm not getting up now. I just taken an Ambien."
I don't know why but I picture Embeth answering the door in fancy pj's and an eye cover with her prescription bottle Ambien and a half a bottle of wine by her nightstand lol.
