I just watched watchmen. His penis showed in this movie. Is that dildo or real penis?

Haha seriously? Does Crudup glow blue, or have the same physique as Dr. Manhattan? He did the voice and motion capture, but his appearance as Dr. Manhattan is completely CGI. Thats like asking if Andy Serkis really has gigantic eyes and no teeth, since he did the motion capture for Gollum in Lord of the Rings lol.
