At first I thought Christopher Lee would top this list, then someone said Mickey Rooney but now it looks like Carradine is tops.

shareWell, if you like 'B' westerns you can check out Tom London. He has an impressive (by IMDB's count) 606 films to his credit!!! IMDB says he is listed in the Guiness Book of World Records with film appearances into the thousands. Started in 1903 with his first appearance in films, his last film was is 1962. Pretty darned impressive!!! I always enjoyed Tom's performances, he was one of a kind.

shareYep, he made a BUNCH of 'em!!! If you watch any of the old westerns, Tom will be in there somewhere. He had a great voice and a face you just 'had to like' even when he played the bad guy.
shareI noticed in childhood that his voice had the same tone as the gunshot effects in many of his old westerns. Somehow, that authenticated him for me. I admire whoever was responsible for having him in "High Noon". He jumped off the screen & grabbed your affection.
