It's too bad that he's only co-written and directed a few of the movies he's been in. His movies are so funny, but not stupid; they're some of the true gems in movie history.
He's an OK actor, but I like him best in those intelligent comedies he concocts.
I meant to reply to your text when you first posted but didnt remember till today. I dont think he really ever showed his real potential. Did you ever see "lost in America"? So under rated and so funny. His timing with his lines are perfect.
