Ruined Her Career

Lisa ruined her career by being too headstrong and allowing the men she got involved with to sway her career decisions. She did the sex scene in Angel Heart, which almost got her fired from Cosby. But instead, they moved her to her own spin-off A Different World.

And in that show, she leaves because she gets pregnant by the very loopy,flacky Lenny Kravitz, so she opts out to be a mommy.

Then she is welcomed back on Cosby and ends up getting fired because of her artistic differences(head strong opinions). Lisa then goes on the have two children by another flake,Jason Momoa.

She seems to shot herself in her own foot alot by her own choices. In Hollywood, you have to go along with the program for a while before you start making demands and enemies.

Now, although Lisa has a project in the works, I am afraid she has become a memory!

Such a silly observation. She left the limelight on purpose. She has said so in COUNTLESS interviews and her daughter Zoe has said the same thing. She didn't shoot herself in the foot. She lived her life the way she wanted to and wasn't consumed by hollywood in the process.

She has three beautiful kids, and a HANDSOME husband (Who is a star himself) I'd say she is doing darn good.

I agree with you 'God'. If you are part of Hollywood you are either successful and a tool of Hollywood, or you are independent, headstrong and, well, poor.. :)

Maybe she cares more about her own self respect, family and happiness than her career? In my opinion, she's on the right track. Go Lisa.

Some things are more important to others like raising a family. Life can't always be about money and fame. Maybe she didn't want to sell her soul to fit into what others think. She's her own person.
