What's she like in person?

I have not met her but if you look up on YouTube the Lenny Kravitz interview under "Oprah's Master Class" he speaks highly of her and they both seem to be very loving parents to their daughter Zoe. Based on how he spoke of her and how they are still best friends even now I would surmise she is a very kind, loving person.

I have read some negative things about her in the past but basing it on the interview with Lenny Kravitz (and who else could know you better than a partner or an ex partner?) she is a kind, loving and forgiving person. I choose to believe that instead of the negative things I have read about her because that is always the vibe I got from her anytime I saw her on TV in brief interviews or read interviews with her.

I'd be hesitant to give any credence to what a famous person says about their child's other parent on national television - especially in this instance - famous guy gonna say negative stuff about his daughter's mother to Oprah and her mainly female audience

Not saying it isn't true, but that's not exactly a forum where I'm looking for truth
