Worst Actress in the history of television?

I never found her acting all that great, but I wouldn't relegate her to some silly "worst actress" list. Unless you've seen every TV show ever produced you can't really gauge who was the best or worst actor on the Boobtube.

Not attractive at all? You've got to be crazy. She may not be your type, but she's definitely a very pretty woman. Especially when she was younger.

Interestingly, from what I understand, she didn't "act" all that much on the Cosby Show. She was/is a pretentious flake in actuality, so the writers made her character just as flaky. Especially after her return to the show following her departure from A Different World, the writers went into overdrive mocking her and making the character a spoof of her actual personality. Apparently she didn't get the joke until after the show ended.

"The Cosby Show" was a good show, but it didn't require any top notch acting. The best when it came to acting was Phylicia Rashad.

She certainly isn't the worst actress in television. I thought she started out great in the first 3 seasons. Then by the 5th season, Lisa Bonet seemed to put her own personality into the Denise character. It got even worse when she came back as a full cast member in the 6th season. It's no wonder Olivia became a more popular character than Denise.

She looked like she's hiding joints in her hair in the later seasons.
