I would love it if she worked with Roman Polanski. She said in an interview that his son Roman's name was partly inspired by Polanski, so I would assume she would be up for it.
shareI saw it a little differently. They were talking specifically about inspirations behind her children's names and she mentioned Polanski. I think they didn't name that kid after him, but that's where they got the inspiration and ended up liking the name.
Obviously Cate wouldn't mind about being connected to Polanski work-wise, otherwise she wouldn't have mentioned his name on a big tv show. Besides, loads of big-name actors have worked with Polanski since his legal issues.
