With red hair. I almost didn't recognize her. I thought it was Christina Hendricks at first.

I think it is one of the "Manifesto"'s personnas. The Russian news presenter or something like that.

MladenVuk is correct, it's a still from Manifesto and I'm honestly a little baffled as to why someone has chosen that picture out of all of the Cate pictures on IMDb to set as her main profile picture. It's not a bad picture by any means (she looks lovely), but it's hardly indicative of what Cate usually looks like...

The agents do. Cate would have said okay. In some instances the professional-level IMDB members who pay quite a high fee can edit information in the actor's area, but the image is not part of that.
