She's 57 and is only now going through menopause? That's impressive! Her doctor should've told her to use a lubricant. It doesn't sound as if he has.
She's aging well. Some of it may be botox, but I think most of it is her healthy diet. She doesn't eat refined sugar because she's a diabetic. She works out and protected her skin with big hats on shiny days.
