She's going to be 50 this year. FIFTY. Have you ever seen a 50 year old that looks like she's 25?? She doesn't appear to have had any work done. Actors and musicians have been known to sell their souls to the devil for years for fame and fortune (and some have admitted it... And not just figuratively). I'm sorry but you HAVE to wonder right?

I just saw the movie Flashdance as I was scrolling through the guide on TV and noticed it was from 1983 and had Beals in it. Had to come here and double check her age because I thought she'd be about 4 or 5 years old in the movie if it was from 30 years ago. But alas she's almost a decade older than I thought she was...and still looks fantastic.
I generally assume that people who look youthful despite the number of candles on the birthday cake are so because of genetics, good skin care and a healthy lifestyle. Race also plays a part sometimes.
I don't default to "pact with the devil" because I don't think it works that way. Life isn't like the movie Bedazzled and I don't think Satan is as affable as Peter Cook or Elizabeth Hurley.
It's genetics. Trust me on that. I'm 48 and look like I'm in my 20's, (in every way) and I definitely didn't sell my soul.
