Other roles than on Green Acres

For some reason I've never liked EA on the screen other than on Green Acres. He always played someone with a character flaw or a heavy. I believe he's been in some musicals and might have played a romantic lead, but from my experience, he just wasn't very likable.
I feel a little bad for posting a negative comment as the first and only post so far. Hopefully someone else will have a different opinion.

I don't think he was unlikable at all. In real life he was a very considerate person. He took his career very seriously and delivered when necessary. he could portray good or bad with equal vigor.
