He was known to cheat on his wife constantly; his insanely atrocious behavior on the set of I'm Not There where he cheated and sexually harassed/attempted to assault his co-workers was the last straw for her, caused their divorce & it also caused the end of Casey and Joaquin Phoenix's friendship. He's also just generally a notorious *beep* which I think is obvious from most of his interviews. There are plenty of great actors who are also good people and don't rely on nepotism to get work.

". . .was the last straw for her, used their divorce" - "I'm Still Here" came out in 2010. Casey Affleck and his wife divorced last year, 6 years later.

". . .caused the end of Casey and Joaquin Phoenix's friendship" - No it didn't. They're seen together often. Casey and his former wife made a point of saying, "we remain the best of friends."

I don't feel one way or the other about Casey Affleck, but why are you making stuff up?
