Why the hell does he look so unhealthy for his age?

He looks like a boozer. He was really lean and handsome in Swingers. You could see his great cheekbones, but now he's chubby and has "alcoholic face."

I have to second that emotion. Alcohol severely damages anyone's good looks. It seems the bloat is inescapable punishment for the crime.

He looks like 52 to me.
But yes a tad too old looking for 45.

He probably has 3 or 4 day binges.

You can tell by the bags under his eyes.

I was a coke addict for 10 years and can see the signs a mile away.

He hasn’t aged well. Some of it is hair loss and weight gain.
