Its like she wins an award every year for being the same mother *beep* person. *beep* her. I already avoid her films.

Well, she is NOMINATED for awards more often then she actually wins them. And she has shown plenty of diversity in her roles - for example, she has played romantic leads, 'character' and supporting roles, and 'mom' roles, who hail from everyplace from rural Pennyslvania to Africa to Australia.
