shareWell you have to think its been 40 years since California has built a new dam. I'm glad they where able to forecast the population needs them.No way the environmental people will let a new one be built. But they are able to put in inflatable ones at times. One broke a while back and let out all the water. But yes there is plenty but most just runs off into the ocean.
