I apologize for making this topic, but there is some actor that I am trying to think of but cannot that looks like Mr. Roth. Honestly, can't even remember the movie that I am thinking of. All I know is the actor looks like him and some woman falls in love with him in the movie only for him to betray her or something.
I apologize for this topic being way too broad, but I am hoping by chance that someone has a clue of what I am talking about.
He looks like ex-Royal Marine turned adventurer and tribal people enthusiast Bruce Parry. If you don't know Parry google him. He's an interesting, enthusiastic guy.

You may already have the answer you are looking for, but I thought I would point out that an actor named Jake Weber looks alot like him. While watching The Cell with my husband, we were both convinced that Jake Weber's character was played by Tim Roth until we looked it up on IMDB. If you go to Jake Weber's page on IMDB, others have posted in his discussion boards about the resemblance. Hope that helps!

This is the correct answer. In my house we call Jake Weber "road company Tim Roth."
He was in The Cell, and also in the very first ever episode of L&O: Criminal Intent. He's a very good actor in his own right.
