If Sly Stallone can get the Hollywood action types to do the 'Expendables' franchise, why can't Burt get some celebs together and do one last Cannonball Run film?
It would have to have a decent plot and feature the race, as in the first. He could also get some A-list musical talent for the soundtrack.

But some of the beloved stars from the original Cannonball Run are dead ie. Farrah, Jamie Farr, Dean Martin, Etc. .. won't be the same
but if could be fun to see new stars

1) You're probably right, the magic wouldn't be the same if a CANNONBALL RUN movie came out now. And

shareyes most of the cast are dead from the Cannonball run films, uh Jamie Farr is still alive. he'll be 81 this year though. and yes i know about Speed Zone. honestly growing up i did enjoy the film for what it is. though i haven't seen it in years so i dunno what i'd think about it now.
