I have a friend who met him, and she said that she ran up to him and said something like, "Oh my gosh I loved you on 90210, I've had a crush on you since I was like 7!" Then, she asked for his autograph, and he looked at her and said, "no" and started walking away.

shareNot saying it didn't happen, but that doesn't match all the comments from other people that have met him in person. In one interview, Luke stated that if a fan recognized him and approached him with a request for his autograph, that he would happily sign.
Not that I've ever met him, but I've heard Luke has the reputation as being one of the most approachable of the 90210 cast members. However, maybe your friend caught him on a bad day. Everyone has them, why would he be any different? Sad to hear your friend didn't have a pleasant experience with him though.
Yeah, she said that after that she just started yelling at him, things like "You're washed up and you're OLD!" And she kept ranting as he was getting into his car. She said the whole thing was on the tabloids, under "Crazed Fan Goes After Luke Perry" or something like that. I don't know whether to believe her or not, LOL.

I think that is pretty sad as I have heard from people that have met him that he is a very real , down to earth and nice guy. If he was not as "friendly" to your friend, I think he must have had a very good reason....
shareI agree hehe. Luke made one of the best first impressions on me when I met him. He signed many pictures that I brought with me. Unfortunately I missed a second meeting during the play When Harry met Sally. They were rushed off or were hidden.
