me too! i will be very annoyed if they change the way the story ended and break them up or something. I thought the ending was perfect so they better not screw it up for those of us who loved the original.

Considering how many other projects he's had going on, I honestly can't see him having to be back as Dylan. Honestly, he's had the best post-career.

And Brenda and Dylan were THE couple.

This show and the fans to this show got that wonderful career started. I think it would be selfish is he didn't. It would be a let down to all his fans. It would be horrible to know that Kelly and Dyan didn't last.

And honestly, if the show is going to be about new cast members then he doesn't have to come back full time, just enough to let us know they are stil together.

i totally agree, the show is not only about them luke could come in for a scene or 2 every once in a while, for the fans.

That makes no sense. How would it be selfish? First of all, they haven't even approached him about reprising his role. Second, even if they did & he said no, there'd be absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Well you have to respect a guy who rejects a guaranteed fat paycheck to follow his artistic ambitions. I think acting-wise, he's grown by leaps and bounds since the show.

They could always find someone who looks a lot like him to play Dylan.
