He never became the big A-lister Jurassic Park made him out to be. His next film, In The Mouth of Madness, bombed hard. Event Horizon bombed. Basically nothing he had a major role in besides Jurassic Park 3 ever went anywhere.
shareI first knew him as a TV actor in the series Reilly: Ace of Spies. He never struck me as quite making it as a movie star, but he's worked steadily and I've never seen him give a bad performance. I remember his name being touted as a possible James Bond many years back. I think he'd have been an interesting choice.
shareThis looks like a fine opportunity to plug a favorite not talked about enough: The Dish (2000). Can't recommend it enough. Absolute crackerjack of a film.
