I met him last night in Dubai

We had the Middle East premiere of Taken 3 in Dubai last night and I was lucky to get tickets. When he came along having pictures taken and signing the odd thing, he accepted my DVD, looked at it, saw that it was KRULL, remarked "what the hell is THIS???" laughed,commented on how long ago it was and had a little chat about my random choice. Whereas everyone else shoves Taken, Star Wars, Batman memorabilia in his face, that I had chosen something completely different, it gave me a conversation, whereas most people got just a quick scribble.

Afterwards, he came in to introduce the film and seemed a very nice, though reserved, man. I had the best night.......thanks Mr Neeson for my autograph, I shall treasure it.

Michael Collins didn't pop up in the conversation, then?

And if I were there, I'd brought my DVD of the Michael Collins film to sign; Liam would really like that.

No.... at first, when he seemed to be a bit....not exactly disgusted, but not impressed with Krull, I quickly jumped in with "I could have brought any number of your movies. I knew I should have brought Suspect".... that's when he started warming up. I think he was caught off guard by the unexpected choice, which is what I was aiming for....if I had gone with something predictable, it wouldn't have made for a talking point.

At any rate, I love Krull and I stand by my choice. I don't possess Michael Collins, so if you had been here, you should have done!

awesome u got to meet liam and have a memorable moment! wise decision bringing something different than everyone else. i guess i would have probably brought Schindlers List with me
