No, he's wrong. People that want guns can get it on the black market if they are not legally accessed. The gun ban idea is an issue. Armed citizens would stop a lot of these people. In-fact a lot of these killers, new that schools and other places wouldn't have armed guards are teachers. You change that around, less shootings happen, out of fear they can't accomplish what they want.

LOL. No he's not. The majority of crimes committed in America are perpetrated with guns that were obtained illegally by criminals that perpetrate said crimes. Law abiding citizens with legally obtained guns don't go out committing crimes at nearly the same rate.
So lets ban guns from law abiding citizens, meanwhile criminals will continue to act as... GASP... criminals.
