Everyone has a TV.

Maybe he owns a HD digital projector w/ a screen.

Everyone does not have a tv.Many people in the entertainment business don't care to watch themselves on tv and many are too busy to watch.Now that most people get their news off the internet,watch movies and play games also on their computer why would they need a tv? Even if they did want to watch tv a lot of shows are online now.

I think it's weird when people brag about not owning a tv, ilke it's some badge of moral superiority. I mean if he was living off the grid and caring for folks like Mother Theresa AND he didn't have a TV that might be worth mentioning. He's in the most shallow business on earth (outside advertising) so I'm not sure what we're supposed to gleam from this information.

also, if he doesn't own a TV, he shouldn't be on TV. If the "no tv" stance is some misguided attempt at being morally superior, well wouldn't he look down on us for bankrupting our souls by watching him on the satanic device?

No one needs a tv anymore.People are just used to it.He didn't say he's not on the internet or doesn't listen to the radio. Good lord no wonder the world is the way it is.A lot of people don't own or bother to watch tv.The highest rated shows for the past few yeasr are:unknown people singing for a record contract,unknown people living in the jungle,and lesser known celebs learning ballroon dance. Not to mention a good number of informed adults get their tv news from The Daily Show.A fake news program!
