Chad McQueen
Has anyone met him? Is he a nice guy or full of himself?
shareMy impression is that he's a decent guy. Years ago I was at an event where Chad was discussing his father's life and career; I didn't get to talk to him as there was a pretty large crowd around him, but at this event (and numerous others) I talked to people who knew and worked with McQueen such as crew members and supporting actors, including the late Robert Vaughn, who couldn't have been more gracious.
In recent years whenever Chad makes an appearance, he usually wears sunglasses and talks rather slowly. Some people think is because he's full of himself, but it's actually the result of a serious racing accident where he was badly injured.
