I work for a Dayton Ohio non-profit agency. Our sole focus is to serve the special needs and handicapped individuals in 11+ local counties in our Dayton area. Our agency was formerly United Cerebral Palsy and disaffiliated several years ago, to enable us to focus 100% of our donations locally instead of nationally.
Our agency has an annual campaign which consists of a telethon-style broadcast with WDTN, Channel 2 (ABC affiliate) here in Dayton. This year is our Silver Anniversary for the "Sunday at the Movies" Television Special and for about four years now, we've focused on a movie format, with segment cut-aways throughout instead of a round-the-clock telethon format. Our movie for these past several years has been Groundhog Day, featuring Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell.
The reason for my email is during my initial search, I am comming across the imdb database info for the Groundhog movie and I'm attempting to contact agents or contacts for Mr. Murray or Ms. MacDowell. Since this is our 25th Anniversary for the Television Special, I would like to contact Mr. Murray and Ms. MacDowell's agents to see about the possibility of having them be connected with our Television Special in some way.
