How is he going to be on two shows?
And which one will he leave first?
shareI wonder that myself. I've previewed both but favor "You, Me and the Apocalypse". It's a much tighter show with brilliant characters and better laughs.
"The Grinder" isn't bad, and it's great to see Fred Savage and William Devane, but the comedy in the pilot felt a bit forced.
YMATA is only 10 episodes a year, and he is in 1/3 of the scenes, which can be shot independently. That means he has only to be there for ~4 weeks tops, and even not continuously.
If "The Grinder" is really going for 22 episodes a year, he has still 22 weeks a year where he can do something else.
