Comedy Central Roast

I was looking forward to this...30 minutes in and I'm turning it off. These "comics" are awful.
And Lowe's hair is too light.
I thought it was funny. Some of the jokes were a little mean-spirited, but that's keeping with most of the Comedy Central Roasts.
I think it was obvious Comedy Central asked Anne Coulter to come just to be the butt of the jokes. I respect her for sitting there while being roasted, however, most of the "jokes" directed at her weren't even jokes (of funny) just mean comments. I get it if you don't agree with someone's politics, but lighten up. They accuse Coulter of being hateful, but those were some of the most hateful people I've ever seen. Liberals.
Ann Coulter is a piece of dung and deserved everything she got and more.
See, the thing is, Ann thinks she's a comedian. And real comedians are sick of it. She's not funny, she doesn't understand jokes, and the only reason she gets anywhere at all is because her audience is made up of easily-pleased idiots who don't understand jokes (or facts, for that matter), either. She insists on trying to hang out with comedians and referring to herself as one, and it's like walking around in a homemade Hells Angels cut when you're not in the club. So, actual comedians decided to haul her in and shut her down in public. And they did. She embarrassed herself trying to be what she isn't. If she had any sense, she'd crawl into a hole and never show herself again. But, she won't, because she's prideless and will hang around to be laughed at, because it's better than being ignored. She's garbage, and it's not just because of her politics. Peyton Manning is conservative, and he did fine. But he doesn't pretend to be a comedian. What mostly destroyed Ann was not the jokes aimed at her, it was her own pathetic performance. When contrasted with everybody else on that stage, it was clear she didn't belong within a country mile of the place.
I mean, when Jewel manages to be ten times funnier than you are, you're freakin' DONE.
I'm a registered independent and not really conservative or liberal, but a mix. I thought they were TERRIBLE and I'm not even a fan of Ann Coulter's. I was shocked at the cruelty.

Coulter has made a career out of hurling hateful insults at others, so I have a hard time mustering any sympathy for her when she gets treated the same way. You get what you give.
Everyone on that stage was subjected to a barrage of mean-spirited insults, and they were all able to laugh about it; except her. If Pete Davidson can take a joke about his dad dying in 9/11, surely Coulter can take one about her appearance.
Complaining about mean comments at a roast is like complaining about getting wet in a swimming pool. Everyone knows the type of humour used at these things.
Disagree. They overdid it. Jeff actually called her a b*tch. The British guy told her to kill herself. They were evil this time.

I have not seen this roast (just happened, right?) but from what I hear that "British guy" was JIMMY CARR.
Look on Youtube and see what Carr's comedy is like. If all he did was suggest suicide that's actually REALLY tame for him.

Chipping away at a mountain of pop culture trivia,
Darren Dirt.
Jimmy Carr was terrible in my opinion. He wasn't funny, just hateful. And by the way, I'm NOT even an Ann Coulter fan as I mentioned earlier.
