I love Jennifer Jason Leigh in almost everything. I never liked Arquette. I think JJL would have been much better if she played Arquette's role in Boyhood. Arquette's performance just didn't work for me.

I love them both. Two of the best actresses ever.

They are not in the same league. JJL is one of the best actresses (it's too bad she hasn't done anythnig worthy in over 10 years).

Jennifer Jason Leigh is one of our greatest, most underrated actresses. It's true that her career in the last 15 years or so has been very underwhelming, but even in lesser films, she's still riveting to watch.

Arquette doesn't have as many remarkable performances in her resume; however, she is a true talent in her own right, and I thought she deserved her Oscar for "Boyhood." How amazing it would be if, finally, Leigh got her own golden statuette, this coming year for "The Hateful Eight."
