Says its 1968 , looks older to me. But what a great interview, has the feel of a modern day podcast. Long form and such

Lang was half Jewish and anti-Nazi. He was disturbed that Hitler and Goebbels liked "Metropolis" and asked him to produce the ultimate Nazi film. He left Germany for that reason. Lang's wife was a Nazi and wrote the screenplay for "Metropolis".
