Heard he is now legally blind and has to have all his actions choreographed for him so it doesn't show on screen.

Very sad news. He’s more of a personality than he is an actor, but I’ve always enjoyed him. No one else can spit, “There can be only ONE!,” the way that he can. God love him.

According to Wikipedia (which is totally a reliable source and has never been wrong), he is able to see wearing glasses. I'm guessing they're specialty ones, but it said he can't wear contacts either.
